Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support equipment operation under supervision (e.g., power washers, cement mixers)
- Complete daily tasks as directed by site supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Document work progress and report site issues to management
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
