Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow precise instructions to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies as needed
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
