Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow precise instructions from site supervisors
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) in all weather conditions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts on feet
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
