Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Safely operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized, hazard-free work areas
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
