Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying materials, and debris cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read basic instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
