Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including debris removal and excavation support
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) per safety protocols
- Maintain clean work areas and follow job site safety procedures
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Chicago
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
