Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople in framing, concrete pouring, and site prep
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety compliance
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexibility to work weekends/overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Steel-toed boots and work attire required
- Team player with strong communication skills
