Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light machinery safely under supervision
- Follow detailed instructions for construction tasks and safety protocols
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
- Report hazards and maintain equipment functionality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work in outdoor/variable weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
