Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, bricks, and other construction materials safely.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of skilled workers.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Support Tasks: Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Basic Math: Ability to understand basic measurements and instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland job site.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse crew in a fast-paced environment.
