Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform excavation, demolition, and earth-moving tasks under supervision
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout workday
- Support skilled tradespersons with material delivery and setup
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites
