Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, power drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/un construction materials and debris
- Perform trenching, excavation support, and site cleanup tasks
- Adapt to daily job site requirements and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Ability to follow verbal instructions from supervisors
