Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervisionMaintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying
- Participate in team projects to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
