Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including excavation, framing, and site cleanup
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and light equipment (concrete mixers, jackhammers)
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Support team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level positions available
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Raleigh, NC or Virginia
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
