Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with construction tasks (framing, concrete, demolition)
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) with training
- Support site preparation and cleanup operations
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards
Qualifications
