Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions from supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and site inspections
- Support demolition, cleanup, and restoration activities
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
