About the Role: As a Construction Laborer, you'll support our skilled trades teams on residential and commercial projects. Your contributions will help build communities while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and power equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level position open to all
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
