Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
- Load/unconstruction materials and equipment as needed
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing crews under supervision
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
