Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
