Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and NFPA codes
- Perform diagnostic tests using multimeters, voltage testers, and specialized tools
- Document work orders and maintain equipment inventory
- Participate in EPA-approved refrigerant handling training (HVAC focus)
Qualifications

- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
