Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and system diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and clean up after project completion
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment safely
- Participate in ongoing training and skills development
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex installations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic understanding of math and measurement concepts
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrical license within 6 months
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
