Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC codes
- Use hand/power tools safely for wiring, conduit bending, and panel work
- Perform diagnostic tests and identify electrical issues
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
