Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Perform safety checks and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and technical specifications under supervision
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment properly
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs and skill workshops
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Document work progress and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman certification within 4 years
