Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and NEC standards
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Complete detailed work documentation and reports
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
