Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations (NEC standards)
- Use hand and power tools to run wiring, connect components, and troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment
- Document work activities and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in emergency call-out services as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain electrician certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro area
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
