Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Install wiring, conduits, switches, and circuit breakers
- Perform routine safety inspections and equipment maintenance
- Follow OSHA and NEC safety protocols strictly
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No electrical experience required - we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for load calculations and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 12 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
