Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform water heater maintenance and emergency weekend service calls
- Install and repair pipes, drains, and plumbing fixtures per local codes
- Provide accurate cost estimates and communicate service plans to homeowners
- Maintain clean, professional work environment and company vehicle
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of plumbing materials
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Strong diagnostic skills for plumbing systems and water-related issues
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
