Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
