Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and control equipment
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with NEC and California building codes
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain California electrician apprentice certification
