Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit breaker installations
- Document work progress and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
