Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems under supervision of licensed electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and equipment mounting
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various physical environments
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills and ability to use hand tools
