Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Perform residential and commercial wiring and circuit installations
- Document work activities and maintain project logs
- Participate in emergency on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician license within 6 months
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will provide training)
- No prior experience required – we train!
