Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, water systems, and drainage
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Master plumbing tools and equipment through guided practice
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Participate in continuing education and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina plumbing license within 2 years
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
