Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drains, and fixtures
- Perform emergency service calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Install new plumbing systems for construction and renovation projects
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed repair estimates
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid Ohio driver's license
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair technologies preferred
- Emergency response and after-hours availability essential
