Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety protocols to ensure code compliance
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required electrical certifications within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions precisely
