Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic equipment
- Install/repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Perform basic cleanup and job site organization
- Complete training modules to advance certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 12 months
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
