Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certification
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project implementation
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
- Collaborate with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers) for seamless project integration
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment for optimal performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Background in concrete work, demolition, or scaffolding
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
