Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation of residential and commercial electrical systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Participate in hands-on training for circuitry, wiring, and safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Adhere to all electrical codes and safety regulations
- Use and maintain specialized electrical tools and equipment
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
