Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for job sites
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train motivated candidates
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in various conditions (climbing, lifting, confined spaces)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications (company-sponsored)
