Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California Title 24 standards
- Assist senior electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues and system diagnostics
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing technical training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification preferred
- Valid California Electrician Trainee (ET) certification required
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety protocols
- Ability to read technical documents and follow detailed instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in various conditions (heights, confined spaces)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
