Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Use hand and power tools to perform electrical tasks safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in diagnosing problems
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Assist in preparing job sites and cleaning up after completing tasks
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical requirements
