Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean job sites
- Install lighting fixtures, outlets, and switch panels
- Document work progress and maintain equipment inventory
- Follow all OSHA and NEC safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification prep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license within 2 years
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Physical stamina for outdoor and ladder work
