Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment assembly tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and skill development workshops
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete apprentice logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to travel within the Charlotte metropolitan area
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
