Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and terminal connections under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required state licensing and certifications.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
