Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols under supervision
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Learn and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Participate in 6-month paid apprenticeship program with mentorship
- Document work progress and complete training modules
- Perform basic diagnostic tests and troubleshooting support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
