Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing and maintaining electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Install wiring, conduits, and circuit components under supervision
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprenticeship modules and skills assessments
- Participate in weekly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
