Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and compliance with NEC and California Title 24
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and Ohm's Law
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to complete 144 hours of classroom training annually
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
