Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform daily site clean-up and organize tools and materials efficiently.
- Transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites safely.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts and rotating schedules.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
