Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must have NO prior experience required. We provide the training!
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and working on ladders.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculating loads.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
