The Role:
We are seeking experienced professionals to handle a variety of residential and commercial projects. If you have a Journeyman license and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you immediately.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and pipes.
- Perform emergency repairs and maintenance services with a focus on speed and customer satisfaction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain technical issues and solutions.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumbing License in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and various plumbing materials.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
