Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, testing, and circuit verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Handle and organize tools, materials, and equipment properly.
- Transport materials and supplies to job sites as directed.
- Document work completed and report progress to senior staff.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior knowledge who are eager to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
